Ann Marie Termini, Ed.S., M.S. is co-founder and director of the Cooperative Parenting Institute in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. She has worked with children and families since 1979. Ann Marie has experience developing programs that meet the specific needs of professionals working with children and their families. She has co-authored several books to assist families in transition, including Cooperative Parenting and Divorce: 8-Week group program for separating parents, Cooperative Parenting and Divorce: A Parent Guide to Effective Co-Parenting, Parents R Forever, The Psychotherapist as Parent Coordinator in High Conflict Divorces: Strategies and Techniques and Preventing Divorce Abuse (in press). Widely known for her expertise in the area of divorce and the family, she provides training to educators, family law and mental health professionals. She has trained parenting coordinators since 1997, and as a result, co-authored the first and only comprehensive model of parenting coordination. Respected in their field, Ann Marie have conducted numerous seminars on the national, state and local levels on topics such as parental alienation and visitation refusal, interviewing children, therapeutic and supervised visitation and developmentally appropriate time-sharing plans. She has been awarded clinical membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and is a member of multiple organizations including the Association for Conflict Resolution, the National Council of Family and Juvenile Court Judges, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Ann Marie is a member of the Task Force dedicated to advancing Parenting Coordination in Pennsylvania. Mrs. Termini is a consultant for a family court in Pennsylvania and maintains a private practice. She resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with her husband and two lovely daughters.

Professional Consultations

Attorneys may contact Mrs. Termini for assistance with understanding evaluations and personality disorders, dealing with difficult clients, and to consult on cross examinations. She is available for scheduled phone or in person consultation.

Court Preparation

Mrs. Termini assists attorneys prepare anxious and difficult clients for court testimony.

Parenting Coordination Training

Multiple trainings are scheduled throughout the country each year. In addition, customized training is available in your community.

Parenting Coordination Consultation

Ann Marie is available in person, by phone or by email for scheduled consultations on difficult parenting coordination cases. Arrangements may be made directly with Ann Marie.

Expert Witness

Mrs. Termini provides expert witness testimony on topics such as Parenting Coordination, High-Conflict Divorce, Parental Alienation and Visitation Refusal and Child-Friendly Time-Sharing Arrangements.

Speaking Engagements

Ann Marie accepts invitations for key note addresses, and instruction. Speaking engagements address any gathering on the subject of family separation and high-conflict divorce, and can be specialized to accommodate a given theme or issue.

Payment

I offer a private service and do not work for managed care. My services are out of network only. Payment is expected at the end of each session.

If you have out of network coverage from your insurance carrier, your mental health benefits are often reimbursable. Check with your carrier and I will provide you with an appropriate statement for submission.
